This time of year the chickens are taking a break. If you don't have chickens, you may not realize as the daylight hours become shorter, the chickens lay less eggs. But today was the exception. Did you notice I have green eggs ?
After taking a closer look, I noticed one green egg had a surprise attached to it. Yes, that is a feather!

That is great.! This is my first time to see green eggs. I looked it on wikipedia. Araucana or especially the Ameraucana and Easter Egger chickens have this kind of eggs. Very interesting. Thank you very much..
