At one time, I had a problem with truck keys. Finally, I broke myself of that one. I was afraid living in the country, I might have an emergency and would need the keys in a hurry.
What a shame about the glasses. George used to be forever losing his shed key, eventually I attached a sparrow-sized stuffed fabric bird to the tiny key. He hasn't lost it since!
I'm always looking for my driving glasses. I have my reading glasses perched on the end of my nose most of the time as I can't see anything close up- books, computer, the dials on the cooker, key hole to lock the door! I tried varifocals when I had my first cataract surgery but just couldn't manage with them, and didn't really want bifocals so got stuck with having 2 pairs of glasses.
The glasses are a lost cause. What happened here was they fell out of my shirt pocket while riding the lawnmower. I'm not sure if I ran over them or stepped on them.
Oh yes, I misplace things all the time...in the house. I need to get organized! My hubby is the one that loses his sunglasses and other stuff out of his shirt pocket. At least I know my "lost" stuff is in the house somewhere...ha!
Car keys...just ask my hubby, all the time!

ReplyDeleteHi Cheryl....thank you for becoming the newest follower of my blog. It's good to know I'm not the only one who misplaces things!
DeleteI once spent 45 minutes looking for my reading glasses, only to discover them clipped to the front of my shirt.
ReplyDeleteThat is so funny....
