Picture Perfect....from the many times I have traveled down this road.
I do believe, I will never tire of driving the back roads on the prairie.

Roads so narrow....
At times, you must pull over, in the grass, when faced with an on coming vehicle.

Nice pictures and cute cows. It was a long narrow road. Have a nice start to the week.

Thanks, Elna. Enjoy your week!
DeleteA bit like our country lanes over here only quite often we have tall hedgerows around which can be a bit scary when two cars meet! Love your photos. Suzy x
ReplyDeleteI can just imagine how scary it would be... here the hills are what are scary. I drive very slow.
DeleteSo quiet and peaceful. Do you call black and white cows Freisens or Holsteins?
ReplyDeleteJane x
Hello Jane....they are called Holsteins. I love spotted animals. There is a spotted donkey I want to photograph...still looking for a way to pull partially off the road and be safe.
DeleteLooking forward to seeing the spotted donkey!

I love traveling these roads with you and seeing the beauty of the prairie--so serene and calming. XOXO
ReplyDeleteHi Susan....I think that is why I find myself so often, driving on them. Some of my best photos have been taken on these roads.
DeleteThe difference between Texas country roads and Minnesota country roads is that we have ditches on either side for snow to be plowed into.
ReplyDeleteMs Sparrow...now that is a real scary thought!
DeleteYour road looks so peaceful.....
ReplyDeleteThere are so many winding back roads, that I carry a county map, just in case, I get lost.
DeleteWe are enjoying the back roads here a little north of you-soon to be living just off of one!
ReplyDeleteHi Jan...You will love it! There is always something to photograph....
DeleteLove those road shots! The fence lines are really nice!
ReplyDeleteThere's something special about the tranquility of country roads. Jx
ReplyDeleteLove these images, Meggie. Looks so peaceful, just what my heart craves more and more with the passing of time.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by the shop.
XOXO's,
Marcia
