Monday's Country Back Roads

 
Sunday afternoon the temperatures reached 102 degrees.
 
I was looking for a swimming hole to cool off.
 
The cows got there first....

      I'm really laughing...sometimes when I'm up in the middle of the night writing, the temps are 79. We do have hot, hot summers!

    We're having to get used to the heat & humidity here-I cut my hair short last week and it sure felt good yesterday!

      The main thing, Jan, is to keep a hat on when in the sun. I even wear light cotton long sleeves to protect my arms.

    We had some super days last week..when i was in the Algarve..
    Now the weather has changed and its cloudy and rained this morning.
