Looking for Calm
I found it before sunrise this morning....
It is a place where you can get lost in your thoughts.
The only sound came from the well water pumping into the pond. It is so hot here, in Texas, this is the only way to keep the water level up during July.
This little guy was there to get his breakfast.
I'm guessing he is a tri-colored heron.
Don't you agree... it is a spot where all your troubles can melt away?

ReplyDeleteVisiting with you via Beth's "InSPIREd" blog hop. What pretty and peaceful photos. Love the tri colored heron. Hope you have a blessed Sunday. Mildred
ReplyDeleteIt's a wonderful spot, indeed. I wish I had one like that around here.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful spot- wish I had a pump to keep my pond's water level up.
ReplyDeleteIf you are looking for calm I think you went to the right place. This place is beautiful through pictures so I can only imagine that it will be a million times better in person. Thank you for sharing.
