The steeple appears to reach up into the heavens. The church is named after the archangel Michael.
It's a very impressive size church in a very small community of 2,000. The population is predominantly from Czech and German descendants.
The town is named in tribute to Weimar, Germany.

DeleteThat's a nice crisp looking church - I get used to seeing them a bit worn away round the edges. Are most of the churches kept closed on your side of the pond?
ReplyDeleteYes, ii is only about 100 years old. Where I live, most churches are open during the day. Usually, I do photograph the inside....check out some of my other church posts.
