Waiting for Mail Delivery on Monday's Country Back Roads

 
It amuses me...... at the resourceful ways mailboxes are perched on a post. 
Looks like this one has passed the test of time.

    They are real personalities! Our village has an old-fashion system of one mail-box of wood with a small door - like a huge bird house - and the postman sets everyone's mail there in one pile..

    We are just deciding on a mail-box for the mouse-house. I've seen a few like these on our road. Deb
