Lean in a bit.....
and just imagine standing here.
There is so much to take in.
Interesting bark, a stone fence,
a pathway that curves to the right,
blue skies peeking through the tree branches, and
the sounds of a woodpecker's constant drilling and drumming.
Ahhhh...
nothing like the great outdoors !

Hi Meggie, thanks for your visit and comment. I like your snapshot of the stone fencing. I will probably climb up on the fence and take a walk all the way right up to where it ends. Just hope I won't be intruding into some private property.
ReplyDeleteRest assured....you will not be trespassing.
DeleteA great fence shot with so much more to capture the eye.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Marcia....I can't pass up a stone or rock fence.
DeleteYour photography always tells a story! I love stone walls; fell in love with them when we lived in New England. The textures in this photo are amazing. Thank you for sharing, XOXO
ReplyDeleteYou may remember when I started this blog...it was to prove to myself that I could do it. I love sharing what I see and who knows where the words come from. I'd like to think they come from my heart.
DeleteLovely composite photo!!!!
ReplyDeleteSo much to notice, as you said.
And isn't take photos wonderful...? In that it makes us be much more aware of our surroundings? So many things, we would have "passed right by," in our life. But loving a camera, helps our ability, to NOTICE so many things.
:-)
You are so right...
DeleteYou are so right. I'd rather be outside anytime! I love the stone wall. Wish There was one all around our property!
ReplyDeleteEven though you may not have a stone wall, I see so many interesting things in your photos.
DeleteLike the perspective with the wall heading to the distance, make you want to follow it
ReplyDeleteAren't those the fun photos to capture? I love it when I can find something to stir the imagination.
DeleteThat is a beautiful photograph, the wall and the path on the far side draw you along it. Stone walls, one tree with smooth bark, the other is rough and textured. I'll just get my walking boots on then I'll join you!
ReplyDeleteFriday was a nice day to be walking....if we tried it today, you would definitely need your "rain Boots". By the way, the smooth tree trunk is of the crepe myrtle....it blooms most of the summer.
Deletegreat photo. Greetings from Europe
ReplyDeleteThanks, Gosia...and a big thank you for hosting Good Fences
