It is a 1930's Craftsman Bungalow...almost original.
I will be keeping to the same floor plan, updating where ever necessary.
Installing an air conditioning/heating system was first priority.
Also adding many support beams for the foundation.
Because it was a rental property for some years, there are many updates needed.
The first goal is to close up any holes to the outside....not as easy as you might think.
Closet and kitchen cabinet repairs are next on the long list,
as is, a new roof.
